History & vision
In 1992, a new business venture was realised by the founder of IKOPLAST S.A., Georgios Oikonomou. With his children by his side, the production of plastic packaging containers for paint began. Initially, the product codes were few and the injection moulding machines were simply the necessary ones. Gradually, however, the positive response from customers and the company's establishment in the market led to investments in mechanical equipment, resulting in today's wide variety of products for chemicals and food, as well as unlimited flexibility in their production. Investments are a permanent challenge for the second generation of the company and a future vision for the generations that follow.
